Delicious Cake made in Malay

Hye friends......

Today, i want to talk about something that is related to pastry and bakery field which offered by most of instituition in Malaysia nowadays. But my focus here is, how many of the malay generations interested in learn how to make a cake and how many of them have the determination to stay in this field since there are many competence from chinese. Am i right? If we are aware of our environment, we would realised that most of the cake shop were owned by Chinese. An example of the Chinese cake shop is King's Bakery. This shop was well-known in our community. Even Malay people go there to buy cake and other type of cake. And the only one cake shop owned by Malay's is Gharizah Bakery which located at Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
From that, we can see that not all Malay people success in pastry and bakery field. My older sister, 24 years old, she had taken pastry and bakery courses at Giatmara Pandan Indah, Selangor for one years. Now, she's trying to sell variety of cake and biscuit from home. And she plan to rent a shop for selling her product. Hope she will success in her career. If u have anything to comment about5 this issue, plese do so.
Thank you guys....
